Ross Cooperthwaite studied and completed a National Diploma in Building Construction from the North East Surrey College of Technology and a Bachelor of Art degree in Architecture from Southbank University, London.

He then went on to study the post graduate Bachelor of Architecture degree at Kingston University, London where he realized his passion for photography.

After departing ways with architectural academics, Ross travelled around the world teaching himself photography and worked for one of London’s largest realtors as an in house photographer.

In 2006 Cooperthwaite photography was launched. “I believe it is through the combining of my architectural background and my photography skills that enables me to portray my clients projects with understanding and unique perspective”.

Cooperthwaite Photography is based in Tucson, Arizona but will travel nationally and internationally for commissions.
